We collect the minimum needed to do strategy work with you — and nothing else. This page explains exactly what that means.

Who this applies to

This policy covers grayadventurestrategies.com and any forms, calls, or follow-up emails you receive from Gray Adventure Strategies ("we," "us," "Gray Adventure Strategies"). It applies whenever you visit the site, book a discovery call, exchange emails with us, or engage us for consulting services.

What we collect

We try to collect as little as possible. Specifically:

• Information you give us directly. When you book a discovery call or fill out the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), business name, and anything you write into the open-text fields. This is processed through our scheduling and CRM provider, MeetPaddy / HighLevel.
• Email and phone correspondence. If you email or call us, we keep that thread for as long as it's useful for the engagement and a reasonable period after.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, automatically logs basic request data — IP address, browser type, the page you visited, the time of the request, and the referring page. This is standard for any website on the internet and helps us keep the site secure and online.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers, remarketing pixels, session-replay tools, or behavioral profiling. We do not buy or sell mailing lists.

Cookies and similar technology

We do not set marketing or analytics cookies on this site. Cloudflare may set a small number of essential security cookies to protect against abuse, and the embedded Google Fonts stylesheet on this page is loaded from Google's servers (which receive your IP address as part of the request, per their standard service). The booking-form iframe served by MeetPaddy / HighLevel may set its own cookies for form-state purposes; you can review their policies directly via their websites.

How we use your information

We use what you share with us to:

• Schedule, prepare for, and conduct your discovery call or consulting engagement.
• Reply to questions you've sent us and continue the conversation if you want to keep talking.
• Send a small number of follow-up messages tied to your inquiry — for example, a recap of a call, a proposal, or relevant resources we promised to send.
• Operate, secure, and improve the website itself.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not use your information to build advertising audiences or train external AI models.

Who we share information with

We share information only with the small set of vendors that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do their job:

• Cloudflare — site hosting, DNS, and security.
• MeetPaddy / HighLevel — scheduling, contact-form intake, and CRM.
• Email and calendar providers — typical email and meeting infrastructure.

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to (for example, in response to a valid subpoena), or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and engagement records for as long as the relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward — typically up to seven years — so we can serve repeat clients and meet record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your data sooner; see "Your rights" below.

Your rights

You can ask us to do any of the following at any time:

• Tell you what personal information we have about you.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete your information from our active systems (we may retain limited records where required by law).
• Stop sending you any further communication.

Children

This site and our services are intended for business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has shared information with us, please email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify active clients by email.
